  They've currently got a girl with a bad attitude making the lattes. I watched her make 5 lattes this morning while waiting for mine and she was spilling the milk and lattes all over the place, causing most of them to be no where near full. She just threw the ingredients and whip cream into some of them, causing one of the cups to get chocolate all over the outside of it, which she didn't bother to clean off. She also called out my order number wrong three times, saying it was 200, and caused me to wait an extra 5 minutes till I asked about it and she pointed at the 200 and said "I got confused", no apology for making me wait or anything, she just didn't care. The other people who make the lattes have been great but this girl shouldn't be working there.

  I've been going to this location for several years now and the cleanliness standards have rapidly declined. I can't remember the last time I was there and the floor by the fountain machine was not sticky or the wet floor sign moved (possibly permanently stuck to the floor now). On a positive note, the way the food has been prepared has got a lot better!
